PRIVATE EQUIPMENT SESSION

1-on-1 sessions provide individualized attention to your body’s needs. With a background of intensive study in anatomy, biomechanics, injuries, and postural assessment, your instructor will tailor each 1 hour session to your level and desired focus. Each session utilizes a variety of specialized Pilates equipment including both the cadillac and the reformer.

$75 for a single session

DUET EQUIPMENT SESSION

Duet sessions provide a more economical form of semi-private training while maintaining many of the advantages of private sessions. Partnerships can be arranged with a person of equal level. We recommend clients begin their Pilates practice with a few private sessions before moving to duets. Duets are one hour long.

PILATES MAT

Focus on the Pilates principles (Alignment, breathing, centering, concentration, control, precision, efficiency of movement, and flexibility) in this one hour class. With a maximum class size of 7, modifications of the exercises are made to suit individual levels and needs. The use of props make this class fun and challenging.

**We provide mats at The Well.**

Tues, Sat: 12-1pm. Mon, Wed: 7-8pm, Tues: 7:30-8:30pm.

A series of stretches combined with myofacial release work.

PHYSIOBALL

That big pilates ball class is a great work-out. Why?

The ball destabilizes you, causing your body to naturally and automatically rely on core strength to orient you in space. Use of the ball enhances balance and coordination of the triad of core muscles used to stabilize the spine and control proper posture. Physioball work quickly improves muscular strength and is a total body work-out.

RESISTANCE TUBING

A medium level of Resistance Tubing with Handles will be integrated into our Pilates practice. Arms, Abs & Legs will be sculpted and strengthened through a comprehensive workout utilizing the tubing.
Learn new exercises & techniques to take with you for a cohesive and entertaining home practice!

BOOT CAMP

Pilates Bootcamp combines the key principles of Pilates core stability and the traditional style of bootcamp drill training. This is full body conditioning, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles - with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.

A class guaranteed to increase your energy levels and release both physical and mental tension. High Energy!!
